The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure is back for 2009 - and you could be there! The event takes place January 5-10 and includes a $10,000 Main Event, a $25,000 High-Rollers tournament and other side events.
The PCA is held every year at the ultra-luxurious Atlantis Resort and Casino, located in the beautiful surroundings of the Bahamas. It’s the perfect place to relax before taking your shot at becoming the new PCA Champion - and winning one of the biggest prize pools in the world!
2008 a field of 1,136 players entered the event, generating a massive prize pool of $8,594,976. Among those playing were Daniel Negreanu, Barry Greenstein, Joe Hachem, Chris Moneymaker and many more - along with hundreds of PokerStars qualifiers. Team PokerStars Pro member Bertrand ‘ElkY’ Grospellier emerged as the winner, walking away with $2,000,000 in first place prize money.
Satellites for the 2009 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure are running now at PokerStars, with Cash and FPP qualifiers available in a range of buy-ins. You can also win your seat with PokerStars Steps Sit & Go satellites, from as little as $7.50 or 500 FPP credits.
